Quick Minestrone

Ingredients
1 16 oz package frozen California blend veggie
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 14 oz cans vegetable broth
1 16 oz can Great Northern beans
2 ounces rotini pasta, uncooked
grated Parmesan cheese


Directions
1. In large saucepan, combine vegetables, tomatoes, broth, beans and pasta.
2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
3. Cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
