Rice with Toasted Almonds

Ingredients
2 cup rice
4 cup chicken broth
salt
pepper
1/2 cup slivered almonds


Directions
1. Cook the rice in the chicken broth until all of the liquid is absorbed.
2. Season to taste.
3. In a small skillet melt the butter and cook the almonds until golden brown.
4. Add to the rice and serve hot.
