Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups lightly salted water
1 cup long-grain brown rice
2 tablespoons butter, or to taste

Directions
Bring salted water to a boil; stir in the rice. Cover and cook slowly for about 30 to 35 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Stir a couple tablespoons of butter into the rice.
