Mixed Greens with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/8 tsp black pepper
1-1/2 tsp olive oil
2 cups Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 cup watercress leaves, remove stems
1-1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Dijon-style mustard


Directions
In a large salad bowl combine romaine lettuce and watercress and toss together. In a small bowl or cuvette add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over greens, toss to coat, and serve.
