Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp fresh basil
1 tsp fresh dill weed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 fresh lime
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup chopped scallions (onions and stems)
2 fresh, red tomatoes


Directions
Cut tomatoes into quarters and chop scallions into bite size pieces, include the green stems
Mix all salad ingredients together in one bowl
Drizzle olive oil over top, squeeze lime for juice over top and stir
Sprinkle with black pepper as desired
